None of us is a perfect parent. In my experience, we spend a lot of time either cheerfully running ourselves into the ground or beating ourselves up in our effort to be the best parents we can be. My parent coaching support groups offer parents alternative paths to help make profound shifts in their parenting and family relationships, replacing stress and frustration with calm and connection.

If you answered yes to any of these questions, here’s something just for you.
What to Expect

A virtual parent group, facilitated by me, where you’ll connect with parents who can understand and empathize with your experience;

A confidential, non-judgmental forum where you may feel safe sharing openly and honestly;

The chance to listen to others, share your worries, fears and wins, and offer and receive helpful advice.

The opportunity to engage with me and other group members in a private forum between meetings. After all, our experiences don't really abide by a schedule, do they?
The Details

Group memberships may be cancelled at any time with at least one (1) week written notice. All cancellations will take effect at the end of the month in which notice is received. Membership fees are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be issued for missed or unused prepaid meetings.

Allows for one parent/guardian to attend.
$75 per meeting and 2 meetings per month.
Sessions will be billed monthly ($150 per month).

Allows for two parents/guardians to attend.
$125 per meeting and 2 meetings per month.
