You've tried everything you can think of to help your child move through their anxiety and depression and you're feeling discouraged and exhausted.  I've been there.  It's a hard place to be.

This video offers some advice on what you can do when you believe you've tried it all.  I believe it will make a difference for you.

You work so hard to support your child and keep up with all your other responsibilities.

And sometimes it feels like you're out of options. You've tried everything you know, everything that's been suggested to you, and nothing seems to be making a difference.

To top it off, it seems as if your child is working against you - refusing to engage in their own recovery, choosing to let the anxiety and depression take over their life.

It's frustrating, demoralizing and exhausting.

The good news is, there are some things you can do to move things forward.  What To Do When You Don't Know What To Do offers four suggestions to help you feel more confident and less overwhelmed as you support your anxious or depressed teen.

Check it out.  And let me know what you think!
